Dr Tapper is a good dentist who truly cares about his patients. Their billing system run by their receptionist Tammy is dreadful. She has an awful personality and is very rude. She did not take the time to explain why we were being charged for our entire visit and was very demanding on the phone acting as if we were stealing from her. She is the reason I will not be returning to this practice.

Like Dr Tapper, but his billing has major problems right now. I think Dr Tapper is a good dentist - just needs to get his office billing fix.
