Don't go to him! Everything was welcoming when we walked in, sure. But that's where it stopped. The dentist was rough on my 4 year old daughter. He acted like she was a total inconvenience to him. The film hurt her so she put up a little resistance, she didn't understand what was going on. He grabbed her head forced his fingers in her mouth, jammed the film in and slammed her mouth shut. Now I don't know if you remember how uncomfortable those films we're when you had X-rays taken, but I do. I was twice her age when I first had it done. My mouth was bigger than hers is now, I couldn't bite hard and the nurse didn't make me. And that was after trimming the edges. Now that's not the half of it. After the X-ray's were done he comes back with them telling me she'll need 4 crowns and some fillings. So I ask him, isn't she a little young for that extensive work? That's when he got short with me saying that I over feed her sugars and in half a year she'll be in tremendous pain. I say I want to talk it over with my husband, who was just in the waiting room, and I thought he'd come unglued. He refused to see them until December, but by then she'll be hurting. He was rude. His whole staff had come in the room and they were all looking at me like I was the worse Mom in the world. I asked him to show me the X-ray's, I couldn't tell what he was talking about. He said her teeth were crowded and had cavities. I saw spaces and no cavities. I know I'm not a dentist, so I ask him to show me the problem areas. Honestly I still don't see what he's talking about. I've called the only other dentist in the area I know about, they all want me to see him. Still looking for a second opinion. But no matter what happens I will never forget or take any of my children back to him.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. When my Daughter fell and broke a new permanant tooth Dr Rosenberg called me back right away, even though it was 7pm.
