Terrible. I spoke to a lady named 'Megan' and tried to set up an appointment. Using my husband's insurance (had great benefits), I tried to make an appointment over the phone. Megan was very rude, not helpful, and only wanted my insurance information for verification. I even offered my husband's HR specialists number for any clarification, but wouldn't even take the time to call for a 2 minute conversation. I don't understand how people can be rude, when they are trying to bring in new business. Do they want to fail and turn people away? We are fully covered by our insurance and can afford dental care and yet, they offer poor customer service. I wasted over 30 minutes of my time to make an appointment. I called another dentist office and voila! appointment made in 5 minutes! It's unfortunate that I was unable to even meet with Dr. Cheong, when I've heard great things about her. ridiculous.

They are fine when everything is going OK, but once something goes wrong they are very difficult to deal with and rude, even tell you that you are wasting their time although actually they are wasting your time.

Dr Cheong is a very professional and knowledgeable dentist and has a good manner. She takes time to explain everything in detail. Sarah, the hygienist was great! She is very friendly and was gentle but thorough in her cleaning. She provided time for rinsing whenever needed, and was very friendly. I highly recommend this dental office!

They are fine when everything is going OK, but once something goes wrong they are very difficult to deal with. I needed a root canal that they refused to do for some reason unknown to me. They only would recommend one person to do it and at the time this person was gone for a month so I couldn't get in for about 6 weeks. I just couldn't continue taking pain medications every 3-4 hours for 6 weeks and so I asked who else they would recommend. They said they couldn't recommend anyone else and that it was my own risk if I went somewhere else. So I found someone else and asked for my records to be transferred. Records got transferred but I also got a very rude cell phone message about how I couldn't see this person because they weren't an oral surgeon (which I, of course, didn't understand why I had to see an oral surgeon). No suggestions on who I should see though. Eventually, they did recommend someone else (2 hours away) and explained why they felt I needed an oral surgeon.

Dr. Chong also did not do full diagnostics to see which tooth needed a root canal. She narrowed it down to 2 teeth and said I may need one or two root canals. She didn't do the cold sensitivity test to narrow it down. For me, having two root canals was not something I could afford with an oral surgeon so that was very stressful for me.

Also, the majority of their front desk people are terrible. One girl takes forever to check you and has to be reminded multiple times by me what she needs to be doing (like setting up a recheck) because she is obsessed with a bedazzled cell phone.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
