Dr Steve has been my dentist for over 20 years, when my three sons lived with Dr Steve took care of them also.
He always explains what needs to be done and makes you feel comfortable with what he suggests along with the options that you have.
He is a great dentist and i recommend him to others

Absolutely
Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
I got lost, but eventually found it
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I saw Dr.Bozoian a few times, he was very nice. There was a mistake on my insurance. I can have x-rays once a year and told the dental assistant. She assured me that I could be x-rayed on that date. I received a bill and called the office. The secretary I spoke with said,"You always had the option to shut your mouth." (she used to work for Delta Dental and Dr Bozian ask her to come back). I will never go back to that office. Why anyone would want someone like that working in the office, is a mystery.

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified
