Dr. McHargue and his entire staff were so friendly. He is by far the gentlest dentist I have ever experienced. I was numb before I even realized he had put a needle in my mouth and I didn't once see the needle! Have already recommended him to my friends.

Dr. Nick has a gentle touch. I usually see him in the Milan office and his technician is always friendly and helpful.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Unfortunately, there are not many good dentists in this area. Most should be pulling calves instead of teeth.

DOCTOR WAS IMPATIENT AND RUDE AND DOES NOT EXPLAIN ABOUT WORK THAT IS NEEDED AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR PATIENTS AND WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO KEEP FURTHER PROBLEMS FROM OCCURING. DOCTOR HAS NO PERSONAL TOUCH, DOES NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF SYMPATHY FOR PATIENTS AND NEEDS TRAINING ON HOW TO TALK TO PATIENTS SO THEY UNDERSTAND NEEDS. DOCTOR CANNOT HANDLE ANY ASKING OF QUESTIONS ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS ABOUT PREVIOUS WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE THAT WASN'T, AND WANTS TO PUT BLAME ON PATIENT FOR NOT ASKING FOR PROCEEDURES. DOCTOR NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND THERE IS AN OATH HE TOOK THAT HE NEEDS TO STUDY. Hippocratic Oath: One of the oldest binding documents in history, the Oath written by Hippocrates is still held sacred by physicians: to treat the ill to the best of one's ability. APPARENTLY HE LACKS THAT ABILITY.
MAYBE HE WAS ASLEEP OR AT A PARTY WHEN THEY WERE TEACHING THAT ONE.
