My daughter started seeing Dr. Craig when she was 6 months old because of chronic ear infections. She had her first surgery at 6 months old and it went perfect. His bed side manner is great. The follow up care afterwards was great also. Her next surgery was two years later with tube removal, tubes back in, tonsillectomy and adenoids removed. Again everything went great. She had her last surgery two years ago and also went well. I would recommend Dr. Craig to anyone. The only reason why I have to switch ENT's is because we have a new insurance (Aetna) that he does not except. I'm really sad that we can't go back to Dr. Craig since he's been a part of my daughters health now for 7 yrs.

Dr. Craig and his staff are wonderful people. They really take pride in the services they provide and are always willing to answer all my questions.

Danielle, is wonderful and is always available to help with billing questions, and making sure all my appointments are scheduled for testing I need through the year so that I have nothing to worry about.

I am Thankful everyday for Dr. Craig and his staff, as I am a cancer patient, if it hadn't been for his concern with my health I would still not have a diagnosis or a Dr. who actually knows, or has treated the rare disease that I do have.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
