This place is so rude. This is the third time I was turned down. I've had this chipped tooth for 4 months. They just don't give a rat's .

Never in my 57 years have my gums bled so much from a cleaning. She didn't even bother to siphon out the blood so while she is ripping into my gums a pool of blood is sitting in my mouth.
I would never go back to a dentist who is so brutal.
I need a filling but I'm going to someone whom I feel safe with. If I'm in agony and bleeding pools of blood at a cleaning I can imagine what the filling experience would be like.
Glad everyone else had good experiences but not me and this is only my second bad dental experience. The other turned out to be a pedophile and he broke my jaw removing a tooth he should have filled.
I know a good and considerate dentist, because that has been the greater majority of my dental experiences. This was not my experience with this dentist.

My husband and I have been going to St. Cloud Family Dentistry for f5 years now and are very satisfied with the services. My husband likes how when he goes for a cleaning hes is in and out in thirty minutes, no waiting or extra services shoved in your face. A few years ago I broke my front tooth, Ann got me in right away in the morning and fixed my tooth for only a small charge. I highly recommend going here.

I see dentist Ann Ngyuen (spelling?) She is AMAZING! I have dreaded the dentist my whole life but she is always so gentle and never rushes and makes me feel so comfortable even though I had to have A LOT of work done. Her rates are reasonable and the work is awesome. I refer everyone I can to her. She is absolutely fabulous!!! :)

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I started out at Smile City on the second floor of that same building and it was a disaster. So impersonal, jumping back and fourth between 3 patients, I had to be shot up with novacain 4 times, and very dim light. The clinic I ended up going to was very bright and friendlt. They had up to date instruments and she focused on my problem the whole time I attended.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
