They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
