They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly & welcoming The nurses are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Jim makes sure he gives you all the time you need to ask all your questions.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
