I've been to many dentists over the years who have treated me more like a pocket book than a person. I called Dr. Sitto's office for my son in an emergency. They were able to get my son in nearly immediately. They did not hesitate to answer questions, nor did they hesitate to explain procedures to my son rather than "talking over him," making him involved in his own care. The staff is warm, welcoming and friendly... all-in-all, I feel they go above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and at ease.
