Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Dr. Larry (who is mostly retired) is always friendly and cheerful, Dr. Kim is efficient and professional, but not usually as warm and friendly as her dad. Their staff is great and always helpful and friendly.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
