Long waits in the waiting room, no matter your appointment time. The admin staff are also very cold, if not outright rude.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
