I have been a patient for quite a while now. I love Dr Shumer! However, I believe that in a work place, employees should not be discussing their home life and personal crisis issues with patients, nor do I want to hear why their long time receptionist left. I feel that Dr needs to discuss Marie's behavior with her. Not all of his patients thought Gail was as bad as Marie portrays her as and we surely do not need to hear her opinions while getting our teeth cleaned.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
