They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I was so nerved up & scared over having to have my upper teeth pulled & an upper plate. I went in for a denture fitting a couple days ago & Dr. McKinley was so kind, understanding & he really took his time talking to me. Before I left his office, I knew it was all going to be just fine. I am completely at ease & very lucky & happy I have him doing this dental work for me !! He understood my fears & walked me through them. He never once got upset with me, instead, he smiled & put me at ease. And the staff, they are such wonderful, kind & understanding people as well. This is such a fantastic, compassionate & caring office that it makes visiting the dentist enjoyable !!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Highly recommend Dr. McKinley!
