They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
