I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I considered their waiting area chairs to be comfortable & the office has wonderful art. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They are very well organized & efficient although friendly & caring. Dr. Moiin was recommended to me by a medical school professor. He is probably more technically brilliant than the average dermatologist, yet is very personable.
