This is the worst doctor in the Detroit Metropolitan area. Beware, he will over charge you for every service. He does not notify his patients of extra fees for weekend and evening visits and will sell you unnecessary procedures that cost a lot of money. You will be waiting for hours and your visit will take one minute. Do not even bother contacting the billing department if you have a problem with your statement, they will not help you at all and are not only rude and unpleasant to speak with but also vulgar and disrespectful. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.

The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.
