They are money hungry. I'm a Sr citizen on fixed income. I had an appointment with a Dr Gibson in there office. I have about six teeth left in my mouth. I do brush twice a day. She would not see me until her dental hygienist cleaned my teeth. Cost quoted was $150. Outrageous.

They were very accommodating when I had an emergency but overall, not very good and I ended up finishing my treatment at another office. I had a lot of issues in part due to my own neglect but other health problems that contributed to severe tooth decay. Every single time I walked into that office I felt looked down and judged. I felt terrible. I knew I had to go back and finish what I had started but God knows I didn't want to. One tooth was pulled but a piece was left behind and one root canal was so precariously done that I had complications with the tooth next to it that was perfectly good before but was ruined after. I kept telling the lady doctor that it was hurting and she kept saying it was impossible. Well, I finished the treatment at another dentist office after almost a year of consistent work and my teeth now look amazing. Personal touch is everything and unfortunately this DR's office didn't deliver. They missed the chance of making the difference in someone's life.
