They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. We love all of the staff and enjoy Dr. Easterday, he is fantastic.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.

This is the first dentist I have seen that didn't appear to be in the pocket of Crest, Colgate or Scope. They were more concerned with taking care of my teeth than advertising dental hygiene products.

The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.
