The staff is friendly but Dr. Kmak is standoffish. He did not perform an oral cancer screening and other than, "hey how are you doing" did not speak to me about the procedure he was doing. He was talking and joking with staff while I was lying there in pain. He's not exactly your family friendly dentist. He might be better off working as a coroner as not to offend his patients.

Dr. Kmak is arrogant. He doesn't like to be questioned or for patients to ask questions. I like to be involved in, informed of, and understand my treatment plan. That seems to threaten or at least insult him. I am not comfortable with him. He can quite rude and unfriendly which makes me not want to uses his services.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in.
