Dentist was skilled and staff was good and friendly. Also, they did not seem to be obsessed with the all mighty dollar. Prices and work recommended were reasonable.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Although the staff is very friendly and always ask if we are experiencing any new concerns or problems I felt that they could have given my kids some positive feedback as well as pointers. Both my kids are cavity free but the reinforcement would have been helpful. Again, they were very sensitive to my kids, however, since I was not in the room with my son he was concerned why certain procedures were being completed. Since I was not in the room I could not explain it to him. The dentist did say there were no issues with either child but I wish they would have been more detailed when following up with me. In addition, the actual cleaning was very quick which makes me question if they were thorough in their assessments. Something is just not sitting right in my gut with our experience there. I am thankful my kids do not have problem teeth but If they did I would probably go elsewhere for a second opinion. One final thought - the building the office is in is creepy. The office itself seems alright but the surroundings make me uncomfortable.
