I'd like to see more effort on their part to help. They were polite enough, but I wasn't very impressed. I had two of my children atthe same time in braces. No one ever spoke to me during the 3 years that my children went there. I had to speak up about it being time to remove the herbst appliance from my daughters teeth or they would have continued to leave it onher teeth even longer which would have resulted in me owing even more money. When they removed my daughters braces they literally scraped the enamel off of her teeth and now she is having problems. I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone and I wish I would have known better. I never would have sent my kids there.

This is an assembly line practice. Their receptionist, Chris, is awesome. She is the main contact from an administrative sense. The technicians don't speak very good English, the doctor yells at the technicians in front of patients and can be heard through the whole waiting room. When I've asked to see the Dr, I get a technician. Cut rate, little communication with parents.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they had expertise in all areas

I have been a long time patient of Dr McCoy and I have taken my kids there for dental work. They are outstanding Doctors that I will not take away or down talk them on. However, when you have a patient who has spent over $12,000 and counting with your office and has a balance due and owed of $ and would like to make a partial payment of half the balance owed and you deny my kid treatment, because your policy states you need a full payment...That is being really selfish and inconsiderate because your greed for money exceeds customer service due to a lousy company policy you wish to up hold. I am currently going through a financial hardship and explained that I am stretching every nickle and dime to stay above water and keep my family in a home. I have creditors and banks I currently owe thousands too that are working with me at all costs but here you's are the bottom of my debts for $ humiliated me in from of kid because you didn't want to take a partial payment...I will exercise all my power and talents in campaigning , marketing and advertising against you and your office until my point is reached and heard across the USA. Call it defamation of character-whatever you choose-but I will blog and print this point across...
