Not painless but near enough to painless that the visit shouldn't cause you any dread or great concern. Every procedure explained very clearly with all options available. Absolutely no pressure to sell you anything you didn't want or need. No inflated and ridiculous prices that should cause you to not get attractive well fitting dentures.
