The crowns keep coming loose. Got a mouth guard ordered from them and made a downpayment but NEVER got it. Divorce, family matters got me busy. They were supposed to call when it came in ? Never did. . Got a couple crowns - They ground down the old teeth for the base and got a chunk of tooth into my gum. I had been told that if I had problems? Call. Gum got infected and when I call the receptionist told me ALL dentists were in Hawaii ! She had nobody else that I could contact. I had to go to my M.D. doctor for medication and exam. Got my meds and the tooth chunk out and I healed up.Then had Crowns finished. Informed them of problem. Gum by those teeth has been in bad shap since. The price, as dentist's go was affordable - But I am looking elsewhere. Had some insurance problems with receptionist too. You get a discount package or insurance NOT BOTH. My initial discussion led to believe otherwise. I got over it but - not happy.

Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning was disgusting. I could hardly bare it. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. I'll have to do my own research.
