Yes, they gave me one when I asked

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I have been here a couple of times and everyone is so wonderful! Could never find better care any where. I would recommend them to anyone!It is all about the patient for these people.
