We've been going to Dr Monaco for a long time. We've seen a lot of changes, both good and bad. Dr Monaco is available to us when we need him. Fortunately, we've never needed him after hours, but we have the comfort of knowing he is available at a moment's notice. He listens and we have good discussions. He explains problems very well. It's been difficult to get the same day appointment when needed. We usually have to wait a week. I would suggest that when patients have to wait, Dr Monaco make contact by phone. There is a possibility problems could be taken care of within minutes saving an appointment and time. We are all busy, but with a concierge practice, he shouldn't be very busy, compared to many years ago with his past practice. He's very knowledable and many of us go directly to him with our questions. We don't have a high regard with any of the employees. They are uneducated youth. The office is very nice. It could use new paint or even new plants to brighten up the place. They need to clean their desk areas nightly before they go home. Messy desks are not attractive when we enter the reception area. Coats hanging on the back of the chairs are also not attractive. Messy hair, sloppy dress, chomping gum are also not very attractive. Dr Monaco and Dr Davis are regarded high by their peers and their patients. They need to respect their patients like patients respect them. They need to listen a little more to patients. We see and hear more than the two of them. They are tuned out and removed from what goes on in the office. It would be interesting to know what takes place when the doctors are not in the office. Office should be quiet without doctors and patients. My guess would be play time. Unprofessional appearances. Dr Monaco and Dr Davis are educators and have skills like no other. They make a great team.

Dr Monaco is the best. He has a great bedside manner. He knows his field of practice. I have no doubt he continues to read to keep up with the latest treatments, tests, and medications. The concierge practice took a little getting used to, but realizes how beneficial 24/7 connection with the doctor is or how easy it is to get an appointment. I'm guessing there is a problem with employees. I haven't been in for awhile, but when I was in, a few times this year, there were several new employees. None of them seem to be the cream of the crop. They look very shady to be working in an upscale internal medical office. Office was nice when they first moved in, but could use some sprucing up. The new smell is gone and now it's the smell of poor hygiene. We were pleasantly surprised to receive birthday cards from our doctor. It would be extra nice if we would receive more than just birthday cards from him. A card wishing us well or even a thank you for visiting. We feel the cards should come, be signed, directly by the doctor and no one else in the office. The employees don't know us and with changes that we have seen with employees, a personal note from the MD only in our cards would be more meaningful than from an office full of people we don't know and they don't know us. Five stars for Dr Monaco. We would recommend him to everyone who wants a doctor who cares and is passionate about your health.

The doctor was amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners. Doctor was friendly and gracious. The staff was not friendly or gracious. Only the doctor makes me feel at home and relaxed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. It's always a variety of music. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The assistant acts superior to the patients, as if she has "pull" there. She needs to leave. He would have more people joining the practice if he didn't have his assistant. Doctor does seem concerned with our health. With this new kind of concierge practice, the doctor needs to get away from the typical "doctor/patient" relationship and think about it becoming more of a "doctor/friend" relationship. Make the patient feel comfortable that they can tell him anything. Don't throw the title of "doctor" in front of his patients. Be a friend (who just happens to be a doctor). Behind the desk area seems to always be cluttered and getting worse. Very Messy. Bathroom was very clean. Exam rooms are also cluttered. I'm sure it was for convenience, but I don't like the monitor attached to the wall. I was more impressed with the computer being carried around room to room. Too many "pamphlets, advertising" in the room. I would suggest keeping those undercover. Sometimes there has been a fowl odor in the office coming from the kitchen area. I would, as many of his patients would, highly recommend him. We just turn the other way when we have to deal with his assistants.

Not really, it wasn't very clean

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
