Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
