Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They had a few different appointment times available. I wasn't too impressed with their office. Dr. was very nice and tried to explain everything.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Great service too. Also, Doctor spends enough time to understand the issues and provide suggestions/medicine accordingly. I did meet another Doctor previously. However, I did not have a pleasant experience as I get now. I'm very happy that I met Doctor Tony Fu for my dandruff and acne issues.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
