Beware!! Please do yourself a favor, thoroughly research the online reviews and believe all the negative ones you see on Dr. John Del Gaudio. Given the fact that he is in charge of the Emory ENT Clinic, as well as faculty and Vice Chair of their educational program, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and chalked up the bad reviews as whiners--What a mistake! I have experienced abrupt, focused physicians in the past, but his behavior and even that of his current assistant were appalling. Arrogance, condescension, refusal to listen to your historical symptoms, and making you feel like a hypochondriacal idiot are their modus operandi. Perhaps Dr. Del Gaudio's forte is in the classroom or O.R., but he certainly has no business seeing patients face-to-face. I had to go to another provider and it turns out that they had completely misdiagnosed my condition (as I already knew) due to their refusal to listen. A blemish on Emory's good reputation, and I wouldn't recommend this physician to anyone. Beware!

Believe all the negative reviews and run, don't walk. All the reviews on all the websites are negative and correctly so. This man is rude, conceded and completely incompetent. His bedside manner is horrendous and he is a terrible physician. I wish I had believed the negative reviews. I don't know why Emory does not get rid of him.

I was referred to Dr. DelGaudio by my family doctor for nasal problems. I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit and especially the doctor. Dr. DelGaudio was prompt, courteous, and very confident. He thoroughly explained my problem and treatment options. He included me in the decision of what to do. I ALS enjoyed his sense of humor. I could not be happier with this doctor.

Dr. DelGaudio is an excellent surgeon with a stellar reputation. I was referred to him by 2 other doctors. He is professional and experienced. I am very happy being in his care.

I saw Dr. DelGaudio for a problem with my sinuses. I found him to be very experienced and knowledgable. He took an adequate amount of time to examine me and listen to my concerns. He answered all of my questions. I had surgery to resolve the sinus problems. Everything went very well and I am glad Dr. DelGaudio did my surgery. He is one of the best in his field. I highly recommend him.

saw Dr. DelGaudio today as a second opinion. Luckily I did, because I was misdiagnosed by my other physician. Dr. DelGaudio explained everything to me in detail and why I needed the surgery quickly. He answered every question that I had. He took his time and never seemed to be in a rush. I was not planning on having any treatment with this physician, as this was just a second opinion; however, I realized how experienced and knowledgeable he is and have changed my plans to have the surgery done by him. His NP, Melissa is wonderful, as well. Cannot say enough good about Dr. DelGaudio and his office!
