It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.. I knew that I could count on them to do a good job based on the referral from my family Dr.. They were efficient and it was apparent that this was a routine procedure (for THEM). Instructions were minimal - would have like a more thorough post operative plan and explanation - as opposed to "If it hurts don't do it"...which for a major operation like Hernia repair is insufficient, as you don't know IF it hurts until the day after you do too much!

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their staff was very compassionate and respectful. They made my entire experience even better. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
