Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The dental assistant used bite wings that were to big for my mouth and dislocated my jaw. When I told Dr. Desai this and that I was in alot of pain he very rudely said I always come in there complaining...that is not true. He never once asked me to look at my mouth to assess any damage. That was over a year ago. I have since then gone to a specialist and found out I may have pain the rest of my life when eating. So before you go there ask them if they use pediatric tools in your mouth before you let them work on you. I asked that and was told they do not that they know how to work on small mouths. My friend who no longer goes there also had a similar experience. To bad as I really liked that office.
