The worst experience ever. I have seen Dr. Fine for over five years. She is rarely on time (e.g. she regularly arrives 30 to 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time), she is dismissive of my concerns, and rude. Her nurse Delores is ok and so us the front desk person, Joelle.

This doctor is rude and just wants money she could care less about the patients. I came in for a follow up because they said that my test came back abnormal and they get me a med student who could explain anything to me and the doctor never came in the room. Then sent me a rude letter because I never came back to the office for more test they wanted to do for more money.

My experience with Dr. Fine was beyond horrible. I went to her for my annual check up and my test came back abnormal. Her office didn't call me into the office to give me my results and talk about options but called me on my cell at work and did even ask if it was me before talking. When I had the 1st procedure she didn't explain what she was doing or why. She didn't speak when she came in the room. She was cold and rude and when I tried to get clarification she dismissed my questions. When these test came back abnormal they told me the results over the phone. I asked could I come in and talk with her about my options and her office said yes for a minimum of $180 - $400. I didn't understand the procedure and had to rely on Youtube to understand what was to happen. On the day of the procedure she came into room and said "So who are you." I though really you couldn't look at the chart! When I tried to ask questions she was rude & replied with irritation. After everything was over, the nurse asked did she want to come in and tell how everything went. She sent a reply saying no, she had spoken to me this morning and didn't have time.
