I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The chairs in their waiting room at this doctor's office weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.The staff announced my weight in front of other patients. The staff did not schedule the follow up visit. This was my first visit for evaluation and treatment of high blood pressure. I was prescribed several medicines but have not had a follow up visit. When I call to schedule an appointment the calls go to the answering service who will not relay messages unless it is a cancellation.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Senior was very dismissive of my elderly parents, refuse to call back for DAYS, and even their answering service was rude and sullen.
