appointment was easy to obtain, since we have been there before for our son who is special needs. For today's visit we were told to bring paper work that they require or our visit would be wasted. We arrive 15 minutes early after driving 0ne hour and 15 minutes one way to be there. We were told that our son was not approved (yet) because they had not made contact with the insurance (their fault not ours), plus they did not want to receive his other insurance because it was not priority. Their excuse was their system was down (heard that before) which is the easy answer to give when they know that did not do their job. Front office needs to be more professional because not everyone can continue to waste time and money when it should have never happen.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in as quickly as they can. I need to see Dr. Scwaltz and even though he is booked and in surgery all day long, his staff always gets me in to see him quickly if i have a problem. They have advanced and sophisticated equipment, and the offices and exam/surgery rooms are spotless. i have major health problems and need to see a very experienced and exceptional dentist, which he is. he also completes procedures faster than any other dentist i have ever seen.
