After working 15+ years with physician practices, I have never encountered such a difficult group to work with. I understand, and agree, with having insurance information available at the time of scheduling , but social security information should never be demanded over the phone. Also, we were provided with a referral by my child's pediatrician, although it is NOT required by our insurance, but Dr. Sergio Jacinto's staff refused to schedule an appointment unless such was faxed directly to their office.
These are signs of lack of, or poor, management, and I am glad to say that I will continue to expect nothing but the best when it comes to my child's care.....and Dr. Jacinto's office is not the place.

I personally think very highly of Dr. Jacinto. I put my trust into him with the care and needs that my children needs. He was my kids father doctor years ago and when I met him. He was very respectful and professional. He is also good with my kids. Dr Jacinto goes beyond his "job" to help children, I trust this doctor and his knowledge 100%.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. This doctor is the reason my daughter died because he misdiagnosed her

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, but it didn't bother me much
