I will never step foot in this office again and will share with others the lack of respect I got from most of the staff! Two helpful employees will not override the runaround and amazing total crap from these people.I am trying to get a refund for my overpayment and they say it can take 6-8 weeks,already waited one week.I was accused of swearing at someone at the front desk.I did not but sure wanted to after hearing her say I did.I wish there was some One in charge of this staff.Im sure I will find another office that will put patients first.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
