I had a deep cleaning and a couple of crowns replaced at this office, the got me in quickly and did a great job. The staff was also very courteous.

I waited for three hours only to have to literally tell a financial manager (not even a dentist I saw a dentist for less than two minutes) to get out of my face, because they were just straight up....

Okay, they asked me to take a survey afer. This is what I told them-

Set fire to the Zoom posters. Contact Satan and get your soul back, return to doing dentistry because it gives you an opportunity to help people as opposed to whatever the hell you think you're doing now. Dedicate one dentist to walk ins, it might set back appointments a little but you won't have people like being snapping at the three hour mark. Don't have a accountant try to sell me the services you're claiming I need. I've got pretty good insurance, don't try to tag on 300 dollars worth of antibacterial rinse. Just don't. Don't assume I give a fuck about the whiteness of my smile, don't presume to tell me that it's something I need.

To improve your services you could try re-reading the whole 'do no harm' thing and consider that robbing people with fear and the threat of rotting teeth is about as harmful as you can get without actually selling prescription pads."

They're just monsters.
Expensive, slow monsters.

I'm reviewing them everywhere I can find.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
by I had to take all of my family to a good dentist so someone told my wife to go with Gentle Dental in Indio CA, so we took all of our family. boy when they sall my insurance they max out every one to the penny. saying they needed this and that, but of course since we (Family) are not profisionals on this.We took there words.Then it came to me. I went not telling them i had work done in San Fransisco,ca they told me i needed all kinds of work. i declined all of it. since it was done all ready in SF. The only thing they got me was my Root Canel. it was done in SF aswell. but they told me it was not done right or whater. they charged up over $1300 for a RE-DO CANEL. meaning all they had to do was take the old fill and put a new one. I told the financial Manager in which case they are there to make money for the company. Anyways it was done. after 2 month i had to go back to check my root canel because i felt it broke in half.the only thing it was holding it together was the fill. so i got there the dentist took me in he drill off little of the fill and then he stopped!!!! he told me that he could not fix it. that it had to be Extracted period. so they basicaly screwed up my molder so know i have to invest on a implants to make it right. this office is so dirty and the staff needs improvement. i told the financial manager that he is the one to push the limits to make money on costumers its like brain washing them because they do not know better. the reason I'm saying this is because i was listening to him and another person regarding that they had to make there quatda by the end of the month. So next time anyone goes there be caregfull. I will no longer take my family there at all. Total of pay they charge the insurance (Family) was $11,200 or so. xxx.xxx.186.203

Thank you everyone at Gentle Dental Indio, CA. They have gone above and beyond the line of duty in helping me get my smile back. Dr. Carmichael and Martha..your amazing!! :-)
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
