I was very pleased with Dr. Shultz. He is so much better than the other gastros I have sen. I felt like I was with a friend that cared about me and listened to me. Very, very good doctor!

I just went thru a colonoscopy today. The initial office visit was very good. It was informative and the planning and scheduling was impeccable. This was my second such procedure and the first one - with another doctor - did not even have an initial office visit.

I arrived at the University Surgical Center for my surgery, and initially they could not locate my paperwork. It took about 5 minutes and it was located and everything went back on schedule. The staff was very professional.

The surgery went very well. I was of course sedated, but my wife reported to me that (1) the doctor met with us after the surgery - all was well (2) they wheeled me out in a wheelchair, (3) they assisted me getting into the car, etc. All this after they insured I was ready to leave the facility.

This was a very goo experience, much, much better than another experience
I had with another doctor.

Excellent doctor.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about a new procedure I was interested in, and how they were using this Barretts. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the most pleasant I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

No, there was no annoying music

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
