Dr. Bates was recommended to me by my daughter while we were with Capital Health Plan. I found her to knowledgeable and professional. Together with an associate, she diagnosed me as having pulmonary eosinophylia, a diagnosis that had eluded my doctors for over ten years. The fact that she could also provide skeletal manipulation provided an additional dimension to her practice. In addition, I referred a close friend who found in Dr. Bates a physician who cared enough to find and treat conditions that had been ignored for years by her previous physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Bates to anyone looking for truly caring and compassionate personal physician.
