I am in my 50s and have been to my fair share of dentists. I was sent to Auburn dental care thru my insurance company, Delta Dental. It is by far the worst dental office and dentist I have ever been to. The staff is rude and the staff ENJOYS being rude. The dentist never introduced himself and acted like I was inconveniencing him for even being there. He was condescending and snapped at me when I asked a question. His exam lasted maybe five minutes. The hygienist cleaned my children's teeth in 15 minutes for both. I am questioning the quality of their work. The last few times we have been the only people there. The exam rooms are empty and the staff is just milling about. Their phone doesn't ring and their parking lot is empty. There is something dark going on there and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. The dentist, Daniel Thompson DDS seems to hate his job and the people he treats. I will pay out-of-pocket for a dentist rather then subject myself and my children to a questionable dental provider. And I am guessing that they could care less!

I for sure didn't feel very welcome by the staff. I felt like I was in their way! I've never run across such a poorly trained office! Front desk person was not helpful with my situation. She did not want to help me find out why I was not listed on their patient list. The doctor just lost a patient due to the lack of care the front desk offered.

Horrible! After two appointments, I had all the pain I could handle. The office staff were very unprofessional as well. I want a dentist that I can trust and that is not what I found at Auburn Dental Care.

This Dental office is so old fashioned, they could take only basic X-rays! What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I've never run across such a poorly trained office! Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

There is no comparison!

The customer servie at Aburn Dental Care is the worst I have EVER IN MY LIFE experienced. I wish them nothing but the worst!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
