Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting room here is comfortable. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I love how attentive they are here and that their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were great at setting my kindergartner at ease for her exam.
