Dr. Doucet and the office staff is very caring and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and concerns. The Doc takes his time and is thorough with his examinations. I never had any problems; Yes, the waiting area is a little small- but I take a little standing for a while anytime, if that means I am getting quality healthcare !

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was the most advanced and safest models available. I knew that I was in the very best possible care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

No, multiple people had to stand

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
