Dr. Carlson seems to be a competent doctor however his staff is among the worst & rudest I have ever encountered.There customer service skills are horrible. If you need a Gastroenterologist and can't get an appointment with someone else Dr.Carlson will be able to provide you basic competent medical care however keep in mind that you will be dealing with his incompetent terrible staff .

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
