He is very thorough. He called me after I had not been in for 2 years to ask me to come in immediately because new information reported at a conference he had just attended. I still don't know how he remembered that I had a loss of pigment in a small spot on my face. He called me personally, not his MA or office workers. Turned out to be Basal Cell Carcinoma.
