I would recommend Redding Derm to anyone and everyone! From the moment I arrived in the beautiful waiting room I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome by the sweet staff, I didn't wait long at all before I was taken back and greeted by Dr. Kraffert, he was so kind and welcoming and made me feel comfortable, in fact, he is probably the nicest doctor I have ever met! He explained what was going on thoroughly and he did a wonderful job! I left feeling reassured and happy and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank You Redding Derm and Dr. K!

I have been going to Dr. Kraffert for years and have been very pleased with the level of care I have received. Dr. Kraffert is a professional who takes his job seriously. He wants to be sure the treatment(s) he performs are done correctly. He is honest with his diagnosis, if he feels the condition does not need treatment he tells me so, indicating to me that he cares about the true needs of the patient, not the money to be made. He has a pleasant demeanor, he explains the problem and the treatment to me thoroughly. His staff is always friendly. I can usually get an appointment quickly and never have a very long wait to be seen. His office is always clean and well organized.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome.

For more than 10 years, Dr. Craig Kraffert has been my dermatologist. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful. Whether I am seen by Dr. Kraffert or Lindsey Miller, I know my skin care concerns will be addressed in a professional, competent manner. Worst experience of my life. The main doctor was a sexist who turned to my husband and said that my opinion,the patient, didn't matter only his. He didn't talk directly to me. I told him when he walked in and told me I was wasting my time there that it offended me and broke down any trust in him he completely dismissed it and argued instead of examining me. I was there to follow up on a removal of a serious tumor and he dismissed it before he even looked over it once. As he left he turned to my husband and insulted me. He's immature and unprofessional. I checked several sites before posting to this one and there are many other cases of patients being mistreated and neglected in diagnoses.
