The staff was very friendly and professional. They greeted you with a smile and seemed genuine. They gave me such a warm welcome. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. This provider is the best I've found. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring.

The attractive and friendly staff at Redding Dermatology are amazing. With every visit they greet me with a smile on their face. Dr. Kraffert not only remembers my name (he has nicknamed me Hollywood), but my case history. This is especially significant to me, as I have been a patient with Dr. Kraffert for many years. Recently, I developed a terrible rash on my forehead, which I believed to be poison oak. Dr. Kraffert made arrangements for me to be seen the next day. When I came in, he diagnosed my condition immediately as shingles. He explained the reason for the outbreak (Maricella Zoster virus), background concerning the virus, and what I could expect as far as symptoms. He prescribed medication for me, and as it was imperative that I start it immediately, made arrangements with the local CVS pharmacist to prepare the prescription immediately. My heartfelt thanks go out to you and your enchanting staff Dr. Kraffert!

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

As of oct. 2013,i went to see Dr. Kraffert about a spot on the upper side of my nose. after looking at it he prescribed some cancer cream for it. the doctor went step by step to let me know what was going on and what he was going to do for me. as anyone would be I was scared of cancer. My medical provider would not cover this type of prescription and I could not afford it on my own. So I told the Dr. and he fought and fought several times with the insurance co. until he got my medication 100% paid for. after using this cream as he told me to do, I went back on my last visit as always he would give me so much confidence that everything was going to be fine and that my nose is doing great!!!!!
So once again I thank you Dr. Kraffert for all of the determination and getting me the medicine and the moral support I needed through all of this. I would highly recommend Dr.Kraffert for all of your dermatology needs! He as well as all of his staff is very professional and friendly!
