The wait time for this Dr. Torrey is unacceptable. one appt. I was there for 3hrs. and was never seen, I keep getting excuses from the staff.. i finally left and rescheduled.. Another time just this week I had to wait 2hrs.. The staff put out a sign saying 30 minutes behind schedule, it was 2hrs!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I felt the office exam rooms were dirty.. Toliet had what looked like dry blood running down the outside, I am not impressed, in fact I feel scared about going there. I will be asking my primary doctor to send me elsewhere..

I like Dr. Torrey. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely be returning to see them again. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
