I don't even know why I bothered making an appointment at this place. The office staff was the absolute rudest group of people I have ever dealt with at any place of business ever, hands down. They are snotty, condescending, and have such an attitude about them its ridiculous. As someone about to have a consultation for a major surgery, they did not fill me with any confidence in this place. They barely acknowledge you when you come in, act like it is a huge hassle if you have the simplest question (i.e. 'where is the restroom?') They are so rude. I wasn't called into the back until an hour past my appointment. I happen to see a friend of mine in the office who was called back 20 minutes before me even though his appt was 20 minutes after mine with the same doctor. After finally being called back and walked into a room by yet another rude nurse, I waited for another hour. Two hours past my appointment time, I decided this just wasn't the place I wanted to have a major surgery. I calmly let the nurse know I would be leaving. She looked like she could not have possibly cared at all even if she tried. She gave me such an attitude for leaving and acted like I was so beneath her (as did all the office staff). It was the most unprofessional, rude, and snotty staff I have ever encountered. While in the waiting room, one of the office ladies even yelled out to a patient about some of the information she left off of her room-meaning everyone in the waiting room heard what she was discussing. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any place of business. I will never return and never recommend it to anyone.
