I'm a patient of Dr. Knatz from ASU Health Services. She has really knocked my socks off. She is abreast of research, well versed in alternative therapies, and LISTENS to her patients. When I expressed a reluctance to use pharmaceuticals due to potential side effects, Dr. Knatz made several research-based recommendations that got my issue under control without creating other problems. She's a gem.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions?
Yes, but their answers were confusing
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!
