It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

This was the first time I had been to a derm doc (and yes I have lived in AZ for 8 years!) so I was unsure what to expect. First off they were all SO nice! The waiting room was one of the most comfortable doctor waiting rooms I have ever been in. They had a tv on and a super cute area with jewelery so that you could browse or buy. I saw Jessica and she is was GREAT! She was very professional but yet super personable. I have had a large mole on the back of my neck for quite awhile and was absolutely convinced it was going to hurt when it was removed! Not only did it not hurt I never even felt it being removed!!!! I love this place, they are definately my derm doc after this experience!!!

My first time visit to Dr. Meyers office was great, the whole staff was very family and helpful. I made the appointment that day, and the squeezed me in. Jessica Lio removed several moles off my face and neck, it was pain free and the price was just right. She was very informative and helped me to make the right choices for my skin care. I will be going back to her for all my skin care needs. I would recommend her to my family, and to anyone reading this looking for a great dermatologist.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
